NVSA 2022 “Recovery”

The Northeast Victorian Studies Association (NVSA) welcomes proposals in response to their Call for Papers for their 2022 conference, "Recovery," which will be held April 8-10, 2022. Please submit proposals of no more than 500 words by October 15, 2021 to Mimi Winick at mwinick@hds.harvard.edu.
Also-- the deadline for applications for the graduate student NVSA Mentorship Program has been extended to October 15, 2021! Complete details can be found at nvsa.org.
NVSA continues to hope that they will be able to have the conference at John Hopkins University, but doing so depends of course on the status of the pandemic and on local University regulations. In the event that they cannot have the conference in-person, NVSA will hold it remotely during the same scheduled weekend.
It promises to be a great conference, with an exciting panel of different keynote speakers and a Fieldwork roundtable on negotiating fraught archives, and the organizers look forward to seeing you there!
