Members of the NAVSA community would like to bring attention to an Op-Ed published in the Chronicle of Higher Education by Colleen Lye and on behalf of the Berkeley Faculty Association. The article details concerns about the contracts being offered to faculty who teach online classes and their implications for the rest of us in maintaining copyright control to our classes and the quality of undergraduate instruction.
